Add A Twist To Your Dhokla With This Pizza Dhokla!

Ingredients :-

1. Mixed pulses (green gram, urad, chickpeas etc) – 2 cups
2. Chopped onion – 1 tbsp
3. Boiled corn kernels – 2 tbsp
4. Chopped capsicum – 1 tbsp
5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
6. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
7. Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp
8. Curd – 1 cup
9. Salt – to taste
10. Edible soda – 1/2 tsp
For garnishing
Grated cheese, green chutney and ketchup.

Method:-

1. Wash all the pulses and soak them overnight in warm water.
2. Blend the pulses in a mixture and add curd into the blender.
3. Add salt, chilli, garlic and ginger paste, soda and mix well.
4. Pour the prepared mixture in a dhokla patra and sprinkle some chopped capsicum, onions, boiled corn kernels and steam it for 10 minutes.
5. After it is done, sprinkle some black pepper powder and pizza seasoning.
6. Before serving add grated cheese and garnish it with green chutney and ketchup.
