Apple And Dates Stuffed Roti!



  1. Seedless Dates – 250 gm
  2. Castor sugar – 100 gm
  3. Sweetened milk contain – 50 gm
  4. Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp
  5. Dessicated coconut – 1/2 tbsp
  6. All purpose flour – 250 gm
  7. Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  8. Grated apple – 1/2 cup
For garnishing:-
Pistachio powder, chopped dates, grated apple


  1. Crush dates in a blender. Mix sugar powder in it and heat it.
  2. Once this mixture thickens, keep it aside to cool.
  3. Add sweetened milk contain, Cashew powder, nutmeg powder and mix well.
  4. Finally add dessicated coconut and grated apple and mix well.
  5. Add heated vegetable oil (mohun) in all purpose flour, prepare a dough and keep it aside for an hour.
  6. Prepare a roti, stuff the prepared stuffing in it, roll it and toast it on the pan using vegetable oil.
  7. Flip it once both the sides are golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped dates, grated apple and pistachio powder and serve hot.
