Awesomsauce Recipe – Hakka Noodles Chhole And Manchurian Bhature

Ingredients :-

For hakka noodles chhole
  1. Boiled chickpeas – 2 cups
  2. Prepared hakka noodles – 1 cup
  3. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Onion tomato puree – 1/2 cup
  5. Mashed potatoes – 2 tbsp
  6. Soy sauce, green and red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp each
  7. Oil – 3 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  10. Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  11. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
For Manchurian bhature
  1. All purpose flour – 2 cups
  2. Curd – 1/2 cup
  3. Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  4. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  5. Carrot paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Capsicum paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
  8. Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  9. Red and green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp each
  10. Ajinomoto – 1 tsp
  11. Oil – 2 tbsp
  12. Salt – to taste
  13. Onion paste – 2 tbsp

Method :-

For hakka noodles chhole:-
  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add chilli ginger garlic paste and saute.
  2. Add tomato onion puree, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, all sauces and mix well. Add half a glass of water if required.
  4. Add mashed potatoes, and cook well.
  5. Add boiled chickpeas and cook.
  6. Add the prepared hakka noodles and stir slowly.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve in a bowl.
For Manchurian bhature :-
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the all purpose flour.
  2. Knead it into a dough, and use water only if necessary.
  3. Prepare medium sized balls, roll it into a roti and deep fry them till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with Hakka noodles chhole.
