Begin Your Day With Fresh Grapes Pancakes!

Ingredients:-

  1. All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
  2. Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  3. Cornflour – 1 tbsp
  4. Milk – 1/2 cup
  5. Grapes crushed / grape syrup – 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar powder – 1 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Dry fruit powder

Method:-

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and whisk well.
  2. The mixture should be like a thick batter.
  3. Keep this batter aside for 20 minutes and beat it for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan, pour some amount of batter in it and let it cook.
  5. Flip it once a side is done.
  6. Serve hot with some milkshake.
