Begin Your Day With This Detoxifying Tomato Smoothie!


  1. Tomatoes – 250 gm
  2. Curd – 1 cup
  3. Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar – 2 tsp
  5. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  6. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  7. Finely chopped tomatoes – 2 tsp
  8. Strawberry crush – 2 tbsp
  9. Ice cubes- 5 to 6


  1. Washington the tomatoes and blend them in a blender till a thick paste is formed.
  2. Strain this paste so that the skin and the seeds are strained.
  3. Add cream in the Curd and beat well till a consistent mix is formed.
  4. Add salt and pepper in the curd and mix well.
  5. In a bowl, mix curd mix and the tomato puree well.
  6. In a glass, add ice cubes, pour half of of the tomato smoothie, then add a couple of chopped tomatoes, strawberry crush and pour the remaining tomato smoothie.
  7. Finally top with chopped tomatoes and ice cubes and serve chilled.
