Chill With This All Natural Chikoo Coffee Ice Cream!



  1. Chiku (Sapota) – 5-6.
  2. Milk powder – 1/2 cup.
  3. Milk powder – 1/2 cup.
  4. Fresh cream – 1 cup.
  5. Soaked black raisins – 8 – 10.
  6. Partially crushed walnuts – 1/2 cup.
  7. Coffee powder – 1/2 tbsp.
  8. Chocolate powder – 1 tbsp.
  9. Sugar – 1/2 cup.
For garnishing
  1. walnuts, gems, waffle cone and chocolate powder.


  1. Extract the pulp of the chiku and but them into medium sized pieces.
  2. Semi crush them in the mixer.
  3. Add milk powder, coffee powder, milk, sugar, soaked black raisins and chocolate powder and blend it in the mixer at the lowest speed.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl add semi – crushed walnuts and mix properly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a plastic pudding bowl and garnish with chocolate powder, remaining walnuts, cover it with an aluminium foil and put it into a freezer for almost an hour.
  6. Garnish it with gems and serve frozen.
