Crunchy And Crispy Fried Ravioli!


For outer cover:-
  1. All purpose flour – 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour – 1 cup
  3. Oil – 1 tbsp
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Oil – to fry
For stuffing:-
  1. Boiled peas and corn kernels – 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped onion – 1
  3. Finely chopped spinach – 1
  4. Finely chopped tomato – 1
  5. Finely chopped cabbage and capsicum – 2 tbsp
  6. Oil – 1 tbsp
  7. Salt and pepper – as preferred
For accompaniments:-
Tomato ketchup and green mint chutney


  1. Mix all the ingredients of the outer cover and knead them into a dough.
  2. Take piece from the dough, and roll it out in the shape of a medium to big size square.
  3. For stuffing, heat some oil in a pan and saute all the ingredients.
  4. Once the stuffing is prepared, place some amount of the stuffing on the rolled flour square at some distance.
  5. Once done, place another square roti and seal the edges around every stuffing.
  6. Once sealed, cut into medium to small sized squares where every square has some stuffing in it.
  7. Boil some water in a saucepan, and put these stuffed squares in it for 2 to 5 minutes.
  8. Once done, deep fry them till golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with green mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
