Dahi Vada With A Twist Of Monaco Biscuits!



  1. Monaco biscuits – 12 – 15.
  2. Curd – 1/2 cup.
  3. Coriander chutney – 1tbsp.
  4. Powdered sugar – 1 tsp.
  5. d
  6. Sev – 1 tbsp.
  7. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.
  8. Crushed and powdered Monaco biscuits – 1 tbsp.
  9. Chilli powder – 1 tsp.
  10. Salt – to taste.


  1. Put the Monaco biscuits in lukewarm water for a minute.
  2. Press and drain the water from the biscuits and put them on a plate.
  3. Add the sweet chutney and sweetened curd.
  4. Sprinkle some cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt.
  5. Garnish it with coriander and serve.
