Dragon Potato : The Quick And Easy Starter For Monsoon



1. Potatoes cut vertically – 2 cups
2. Cornflour – 1 cup
3. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
4. Finely chopped spring onions – 1/2 cup
5. Soy sauce and chilli sauce – 1 tbsp each
6. Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
7. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
8. Crushed peanuts – 1 tbsp
9. Oil – 1 tbsp
10. Salt – to taste
11. Honey – 2 tsp
12. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Method :-

1. Fry the cut potatoes till golden brown.
2. Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic ginger chilli paste and saute well.
3. Add finely chopped spring onions and cook for two minutes.
4. Add all the sauces and tomato ketchup and mix well.
5. Add salt, red chilli powder. In a bowl mix cornflour in little amount of water, heat it to bring it to a boil, add honey and lemon juice and mix well in the pan.
6. Add crushed peanuts, add the fried potatoes, and mix well.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
