Ingredients:-

Pizza base – 2

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

Chopped capsicum and onion – 2 each

Chopped tomatoes – 1

Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Dry chillies soaked in water – 2 to 3
-
Salt – to taste

Sugar – 2 tsp
-
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
-
Mixed herbs – 2 tsp

Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
-
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
For toppings:-
-
Roasted eggplant slices – 3 – 4

Onion slices – 2 – 3
-
Corn kernels – 1 tbsp
-
Mixed herbs and chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Pizza seasoning – 1 tsp

Grated cheese – as preferred
Method:-

Heat some oil in a pan, add onion, tomato and capsicum and saute well.

Add garlic paste, soaked red chillies and let it cook for five minutes.

Add salt, sugar, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, Oregano, black pepper powder, tomato sauce, mix well and keep it aside to cool.

Once this mixture has cooled, blend it in a blender.

Take a pizza base, spread this sauce mixture, put roasted eggplant slices, onion slices, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning.

Finally, and grated cheese, and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve hot.
