Ingredients:-

Cooked rice- 2 cups

Vegetable oil- 2 tbsp

Bay leaf- 2

Finely chopped fenugreek- 2 tbsp

Finely chopped onion- 1 tbsp

Finely chopped coriander- 1 tbsp

Finely chopped green garlic- 1 tbsp

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp

Mixed herbs- 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Black pepper powder- 1 tsp

Cloves – 2

Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Cumin seeds powder- 1 tsp
For garnishing:-
Chilli flakes.
Method:-

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves and saute well.

Add finely chopped fenugreek, green garlic and cook well.

Add salt, Chaat masala, cumin seeds powder, and mix well.

Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and finely chopped coriander and mix well.

Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot.
