Fusion Starter : Chinese Sev Puri With Orange Mocktail

Ingredients :-

1. Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup
2. Vertically cut capsicum – 1/2 cup
3. Finely chopped spring onion – 1/2 cup
4. Green chilli paste – 1 tbsp
5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
6. Salt – to taste
7. Oil – 1 tbsp
8. Cooked/boiled noodles – 1/2 cup
9. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
10. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
11. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
12. Green chilli sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce (all mixed together ) – 1 cup
13. Papdi / namkeen puri – 20
14. Fine sev – 1/2 cup

Method :-

1. Heat some oil in a pan, add chilli ginger garlic paste and saute well.
2. Add finely chopped cabbage, and cut capsicum and cook well.
3. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, mix well and cook the vegetables a little crispy.
4. Add boiled noodles, finely chopped coriander, mix well and let it cool.
5. In a serving plate, arrange the papdis, spread the sauce mixture on it, add prepared stuffing, garnish with sev and serve with Orange Baahaar Mocktail.
