Green Stuffed Idli : A Healthy Beginning To Your Day!

Ingredients:-

  1. Idli  batter Р2 cups
  2. Green chillies – 2 tsp
  3. Crushed peas – 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped spinach – 1/2 cup
  5. Sprouts – 2 tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  8. Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
  9. Oil – 1 tbsp
For accompaniments:-
Coconut chutney

Method:-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add crushed peas, green chillies, chopped spinach, sprouts and mix well.
  2. Add salt, dry mango powder, Chaat masala, mix well and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Grease Idli maker with oil, pour batter in it a day steam it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
