Healthy And Fit Breakfast: Eggless Spinach Pancakes!




  1. Cottage cheese or tofu – 150 gm
  2. Milk – 1/4 cup
  3. Blanched spinach – 2 cups
  4. Crushed instant oats – 1 tbsp
  5. Oregano – 1 tbsp
  6. Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  7. Butter and black pepper powder – as preferred
  8. Salt – to taste


  1. In a blender mix 2 tbsp of milk, cottage cheese or tofu, black pepper powder, salt and blend well.
  2. Finely chop the blanched spinach and add it to the blended mixture of milk and tofu.
  3. Heat a non stick pan, grease it with butter or oil.
  4. Pour and spread a spoonful of batter on it and wait till tiny bubbles appear on its surface.
  5. Flip it on the other side once it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
