Healthy And Natural Meal : Paratha Grill Sandwich



1. Cut cucumber – 7- 8 slices.
2. Cut onions – 4 – 5 slices
3. Tomato slices – 5 – 6.
4. Boiled potato slices – 4 – 5.
5. Chaat masala – 2 tsp
6. Rock salt – 1 tsp
7. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
8. Paratha dough – 1 cup
For garnishing :-
Grated cheese


1. Make two thick, big parathas from the prepared dough.
2. Cut the paratha into square shape.
3. Put some butter on the ready parathas, stuff the parathas with the cut ingredients, add seasoning, put over another paratha.
4. Grill it in the toaster or toast it over a pan.
5. Garnish it with grated cheese and serve with tomato ketchup.
