Healthy And Quick Snack : Chilli Chinese Puffed Rice

Ingredients :-

  1. Puffed rice / mamra – 3 cups
  2. Boiled and chopped potatoes – 2 tbsp
  3. Peanuts – 2 tbsp
  4. Peas – 1 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped cabbage – 1 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped capsicum -2 tbsp
  7. Finely chopped onion – 3 tbsp
  8. Grated carrots Р2  tbsp
  9. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Black pepper powder and chilli powder – 1 tsp
  11. Soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce – 1 tsp each
  12. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  13. Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
  14. Salt – to taste
  15. Oil – 2 tbsp
  16. Finely chopped tomatoes – 2 tbsp
For garnishing :-
Fine sev and chopped coriander

Method :-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add chilli ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  2. Rinse puffed rice and soak in the water for ten minutes.
  3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, black pepper powder, and cook for two minutes .
  4. Add remaining vegetables except potatoes, add all the sauces and mix well.
  5. Add vinegar, potatoes and puffed rice and mix well.
  6. Pour it in the bowl, garnish with chopped coriander, sev and serve.
