Healthy And Tangy Summer Special Lentil Raw Mango Chaat!


  1. Split chickpea lentil (Chana dal) – 1 cup
  2. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  3. Oil – 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Grated raw mango – 1/2 cup
  8. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  9. Chopped strawberries, guava – 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped cherries and black grapes – 1 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Nylon several and desiccated coconut


  1. Soak lentils in water for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Crush them in a way that the seeds are broken into small pieces and not become a paste.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chilli ginger garlic paste, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the partly crushed lentils, grated raw mango, red chilli powder, mix well and then add red chilli powder.
  5. Pour this ready mixture in a bowl, add the chopped fruits and mix well.
  6. Garnish with desiccated coconut and nylon sev and serve.
