Healthy And Tasty Green Corn Sandwich

Ingredients:-

1. White sauce – 1 cup
2. Spinach paste – 1/2 cup
3. Boiled corn kernels – 1 cup
4. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
5. Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
6. Chilli flakes – 2 tsp
7. Grated cheese – 2 tbsp
8. Salt – to taste
9. Bread slices – 6.
10. Red bell peppers – 1 tbsp
For white sauce:-
11. All purpose flour – 2 tbsp.
12. Milk – 2 cups.
13. Salt – to taste.
14. Ground black pepper – 1 tsp.
15. Sugar – 1 tsp.
16. Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

Method :-

1. In a pan add a little all purpose flour, add a little vegetable oil (ghee) in it, mix properly and roast it for a minute.
2. Slowly add milk in the pan and keep stirring while the milk is being added till it becomes thick.
3. Add salt, pepper and sugar, mix properly and then turn off the gas stove.
4. Pour the white sauce in a bowl, add boiled corn kernels, spinach paste, black pepper powder, salt, green chilli paste, chilli flakes and mix well.
5. Finally, add grated cheese and mix well.
6. Toast the bread in light golden brown.
7. Add the stuffing in the bread, bell peppers and bake it in the oven for 3 – 4 minutes.
8. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
