Healthy And Tasty : Spicy Corn Stuffed Paratha



  1. Wheat flour- 2 cups
  2. Boiled and semi crushed corn – 1 cup
  3. Chilli ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
  4. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
  5. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
  6. Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
  7. Oil – 1 tbsp
  8. Vegetable oil – to saute.
  9. Salt- to taste


  1. Knead a dough of wheat flour and add the mohun of oil.
  2. In a bowl mix chilli ginger garlic paste, semi crushed corn, black pepper powder, Chaat masala, salt, and finely chopped coriander.
  3. Roll out a roti from the prepared dough, add a tablespoon of prepared stuffing and roll it out further.
  4. Toast or saute it on the pan, using a little vegetable oil.
  5. Flip it on the other side once it is done golden brown.
  6. Repeat the same on the other side and serve hot with curd.
