Healthy and Tasty Sprouts Chaat Salad

Ingredients:-

1. Boiled and cooked green gram, split yellow peas – 1 cup
2. Boiled peas and chickpeas – 1 cup
3. Boiled and chopped potatoes – 1/2 cup
4. Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
5. Green chutney – 3 tbsp
6. Tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
7. Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
8. Red chilli – 2 tsp
9. Finely chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
10. Grated ginger – 1 tsp
11. Sweetened curd – 1 cup
12. Salt – to taste
For garnishing:-
Nylon sev, finely chopped coriander

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix all the boiled and cooked sprouts.
  2. Add chopped onion, potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add grated ginger, chillies, Chaat masala and mix well.
  4. Put all the ingredients in serving bowl, and add tamarind chutney, green chutney, sweetened curd, and mix.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander, nylon sev and serve.
