Healthy And Tasty Summer Special Cucumber Pancakes!

Ingredients:-

  1. Semolina – 1/2 cup
  2. Curd – 1/2 cup
  3. Grated cucumber – 1
  4. Green chillies – 1/2 tsp
  5. Cabbage – 1/4
  6. Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
  7. Finely chopped onion – 1/4 onion
  8. Oil, cauliflower, tomato – 1 tsp
  9. Salt – to taste

Method:-

  1. Prepare a paste using Curd, Semolina, and salt.
  2. Add all the other ingredients in it.
  3. Heat some oil in a non stick pan, prepare medium sized pancakes using this mixture. Flip it once one side is golden brown.
