Healthy And Tasty Summer Thai Peanuts Salad!

Ingredients:-

  1. Finely chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup
  2. Finely chopped carrots – 1 tbsp
  3. Finely chopped greegreen chillies – 2 tsp
  4. Finely chopped ginger – 2 tsp
  5. Finely chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped raw mango- 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic powder- 2 tsp
  8. Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  9. Crushed peanuts – 1/2 cup
  10. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  11. Salt – to taste
  12. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  13. Olive oil – 2 tsp
For seasoning:-
Chilli flakes

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped vegetables.
  2. Add chopped ginger, chillies, garlic, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, mixed herbs, crushed peanuts, and mix well.
  3. Finally add olive oil, lemon juice, and mix well.
  4. Season with chilli flakes and salt and serve.
