Healthy Cucumber And Broccoli Fritters!

Ingredients:-

  1. Chickpea flour – 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped cucumber – 1
  3. Chopped broccoli- 1/2 cup
  4. Onion finely chopped – 1
  5. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  6. Green chilly – 1
  7. Ginger – 1 small piece
  8. Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder –  1/2 tsp
  10. Mint leaves chopped – 8-10
  11. Coriander leaves chopped – handful
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for frying

Method:-

1. Soak chana dal in lukewarm water for about 2 hrs.
2. Drain water completely and grind this dal coarsely without water, along with green chilly ginger.
3. Add all masale lemon juice onion cucumber, mint, broccoli and coriander leaves and
mix well.
4. Make medium sized patties of the prepared mixture and fry them in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chillies and onions.
