Healthy Tomato Bowl Salad

Ingredients :-

  1. Big sized tomatoes – 4
  2. Finely chopped cabbage – 2 tbsp
  3. Grated cucumber – 1 tbsp
  4. Grated carrot – 1 tbsp
  5. Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
  6. Crushed roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
  7. Dessicated coconut – 1/2 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
  9. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  11. Sugar powder – 2 tsp
  12. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
For garnishing :-
Grated beetroot and green chutney.

Method :-

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except tomatoes.
  2. Mix well and cut the tomatoes into two parts.
  3. Core out the pulp from it, chopped it into small pieces and add it into the bowl.
  4. Mix well and pour the readied mixture into the tomato shells.
  5. Garnish with grated beetroot and serve with green chutney.
