Idli Barbecue Perfect Recipe For Weekends!

Ingredients:-

  1. Squarely cut idlis – 1 cup
  2. Squarely cut capsicum – 1/2 cup
  3. Squarely cut tomatoes – 2 tbsp
  4. Squarely cut onion – 1 cup
  5. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  6. Paneer Tandoori Masala – 1 tbsp
  7. Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp
  8. Oil –  2 tbsp
  9. Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
  12. Finely chopped coriander- 1 tbsp
  13. Sambar Masala- 2 tsp
  14. Crushed peanuts – 1 tbsp
  15. Desiccated coconut – 2 tsp
For accompaniments:-
Coconut chutney, chips

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix oil, Chilli ginger garlic paste, Paneer Tandoori Masala, Garam Masala, lemon juice, red Chilli powder, and mix well.
  2. Add salt, sambar Masala, chopped coriander, crushed peanuts, Desiccated coconut, and mix well.
  3. Add all the vegetables in this mixture and mix well so that every piece is properly coated with the mixture.
  4. Add cut idli pieces in it and mix well and keep it aside for an hour.
  5. Take wooden skewers, add all the marinated in it and bake it in the oven, for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney and chips.
