Independence Day Special : Tricolour Sabudana

Ingredients :-

1. Sago (sabudana ) – 200 gm
2. Boiled potato – 1/2 cup
3. Chopped cottage cheese – 1/2 cup
4. Chopped green chillies – 2 tsp
5. Chaat masala – 2 tsp
6. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
7. Red, green, yellow food color – 1 – 2 drops
8. Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
9. Oil – 1 tbsp
10. Fried peanuts – 3 tbsp
For accompaniments :-
Masala wafers

Method :-

1. Divide the sago into three parts. Add each colour to each part.
2. Heat some oil in a pan, and saute the sago.
3. Add salt, Chaat masala, boiled potatoes, cottage cheese, green chillies, lemon juice and chopped coriander and mix well.
4. Serve it in a plate with the crunch of masala wafers.
