Instant Stuffed Bread Dahi Vada!

Ingredients:-

  1. Bread slices – 8
For stuffing:-
  1. Potato – 5
  2. Curd water – 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  4. Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  5. Green chillies – 2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder –  1tsp
  7. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  9. Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Raisins – as preferred
  12. Chopped cashews – 1 tbsp
For chutney:-
  1. Beaten Curd – 2 cups
  2. Sweet tamarind chutney – 1/4 cup
  3. Green chutney – 1/4  cup
  4. Rock salt – to taste
  5. Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
For garnishing:-
Chopped coriander, sev, and chopped onion.

Method:-

  1. Cut bread slices into circles and keep it aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing and 8 prepare small balls and keep it aside.
  3. Moisten the bread and little with water so that it is easier to shape.
  4. Stuff the prepared stuffing in the bread and shape into a flat tikkis.
  5. Saute these prepared tikkis on a non stick pan till they are golden brown in colour and are crispy.
  6. In a plate, put these two tikkis or vada. Pour prepared chutney over it, chopped onions, chopped coriander, sev and serve.
