Italian With Desi Tadka: Presenting Punjabi Lasagna!

Ingredients :-

  1. Butter – 2 tbsp
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Onion paste -2 tbsp
  4. Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
  5. Spinach paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Boiled peas paste – 2 tbsp
  7. Finely chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup
  8. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  10. Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
  11. Oregano – 1 tsp
  12. Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  13. Grated cottage cheese – 1/2 cup
  14. Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
  15. Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  16. Salt – to taste
  17. Mint powder – 2 tsp
  18. Cheese powder – 1 tsp
  19. Wheat flour – 1 cup
  20. All purpose flour – 1 cup



For Garnishing :-

Cheese, salad chopped

Method :-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion paste, tomato paste, spinach paste, boiled peas paste, mix well and cook.
  3. Add chopped capsicum, chilli ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, Mixed herbs , Oregano, chilli flakes , and mix well .
  4. Add grated cottage cheese, tomato ketchup, chopped coriander, mix well and keep it aside to cool.
  5. In another bowl, mix cheese powder and mint powder together.
  6. Mix wheat flour and all purpose flour together, add mohun, and knead a firm but soft dough.
  7. Make two to three parathas, grease them with butter, add two stuffing, put paratha over it and create layers with this method.
  8. Finally, add cheese squares, grated cheese, cut vegetables and bake it in the oven at 150 degrees for 12 minutes and serve hot.
