Navratri Fast Special : Sago Fruit Salad!

Ingredients:-

  1. Soaked sago (sabudana) – 1 cup
  2. Milk – 2 cups
  3. Sugar – 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  5. Almonds – 8
  6. Pineapple essence – 1 drop
  7. Yellow food color – a pinch
  8. Chopped mixed fruits (apples, bananas, chiku, pomegranate, or any fruits of your choice etc.) – 1 cup
  9. Cut cashews nut – 1 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Pineapple slice and almonds

Method:-

  1. In a container, boiled milk. Add soaked sago and sugar and cook it for five minutes.
  2. Once the sago is cooked, keep it aside to cool.
  3. Add cardamon powder and mix well.
  4. After the milk mixture has cooled down, add edible yellow colour, pineapple essence and mix well.
  5. Add chopped mix fruits and cut cashews.
  6. Pour one serving in dessert bowls and serve chilled.
