Ingredients:-

Soaked sago (sabudana) – 1 cup

Milk – 2 cups

Sugar – 1/2 cup
-
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Almonds – 8

Pineapple essence – 1 drop

Yellow food color – a pinch

Chopped mixed fruits (apples, bananas, chiku, pomegranate, or any fruits of your choice etc.) – 1 cup

Cut cashews nut – 1 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Pineapple slice and almonds
Method:-

In a container, boiled milk. Add soaked sago and sugar and cook it for five minutes.

Once the sago is cooked, keep it aside to cool.

Add cardamon powder and mix well.

After the milk mixture has cooled down, add edible yellow colour, pineapple essence and mix well.

Add chopped mix fruits and cut cashews.
-
Pour one serving in dessert bowls and serve chilled.
