1. Palak paneer – 1 1/2 cup
2. Pizza gravy – 1 cup
3. Pizza base – 2
4. Butter / vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs, chilli flakes, red bell pepper, cheese and black pepper powder.
1. Keep the gravy of the palak paneer thicker than regular.
2. Coat the pizza base with butter or vegetable oil.
3. Add the pizza gravy on the base, add the prepared vegetable of palak paneer.
4. Add chopped bell peppers, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, grated cheese and bake it in the microwave oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
