Ingredients:-

1. Chopped mix vegetables – 2 cups
2. Green gram – 1/2 cup
3. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
4. Finely chopped onions – 1 tbsp
5. Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
6. Soy sauce – 1/2 tbsp
7. Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
8. Black pepper powder – 2 tsp
9. Vinegar – 1 tbsp
10. Salt – to taste
11. Fried noodles – 1cup
12. Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:-

1. Heat some oil in a pan, add all cut vegetables, salt, black pepper powder and saute well.
2. Add green gram and mix well.
3. Heat some oil in another pan, add chilli ginger garlic paste, saute well, add all the sauces.
4. Add onions, saute, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar and mix well.
5. Add the cooked veggies in the pan, fried noodles, fried peanuts and mix well.
