Presenting A Healthy Way To Begin Your Day – Banana Idli!

Ingredients:-

  1. Ripe bananas – 2
  2. Semolina – 1 cup
  3. Castor sugar- 1/2 cup
  4. Baking soda – a pinch
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:-

  1. Roast Semolina till it is golden in colour.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease idli maker, pour the prepared batter in it and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
