Presenting All In One Meal: Stuffed Rice Paratha!

Ingredients :-

  1. Cooked rice – 1 bowl
  2. Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
  4. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala – 1/3 tsp
  6. Coriander powder and cumin seeds powder – 1/3 tsp
  7. Dry mango powder – 1/3 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  9. Onion paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Grated cheese – as preferred
  12. Wheat flour doughs
For accompaniments :-
Green chutney and tomato ketchup

Method :-

  1. In a bowl mix rice, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, dry mango powder, and cumin seeds powder.
  2. Prepare a roti and stuff the prepared stuffing in it and toast it on a heated pan till it is golden brown from both the sides.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
