Presenting Cool Summer Dessert : Chiku Walnut Kulfi!

Ingredients:-

  1. Condensed milk – 400g
  2. Bread slices – 5
  3. Milk – 1. 25

    litre

  4. Milk masala – 1/4 tsp
  5. Sugar – 250 g
  6. Saffron – a pinch
  7. Chiku pulp – 1 cup
  8. Chocolate syrup – 1 tsp
  9. Chopped walnuts – as preferred

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, pour some milk and soak bread slices in it.
  2. In another vessel, boil milk, add sugar in it and boil it till it thickens.
  3. Blend the soaked bread slices in a blender and add it to the boiled milk.
  4. Add chiku pulp, chocolate syrup, in the milk and mix well.
  5. Keep this aside till it cools down.
  6. Once the milk mixture has cooled down, add condensed milk, milk masala, saffron, chopped walnuts and then pour it in
    the kulfi maker and freeze it in the freezer for almost 6 -7 hours.
  7. Serve frozen.
