Presenting Fried Rice Lollipop With Blueberry Milkshake!



For fried rice lollipop
1. Rice – 500gm
2. Oil – approx
3. French beans – 100gm
4. Carrots – 100gm
5. Spring onions – 3
6. Ajinomoto – a pinch
7. Capsicum – 1
8. Soy sauce – 1 tsp
9. Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
10. Vinegar – 1 tsp
11. Salt – to taste
12. Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
13. Cornflour – 1/2 cup
For blueberry milkshake
14. Blueberry crush – 3 tbsp
15. Blackberry crush – 2 tbsp
16. Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
17. Blueberry soda/limca – 1/2 glass


1. Rinse rice and let it be for 2 hours.
2. Boil some water in a vessel, add rice, oil and salt.
3. Strain the rice once it’s half cooked.
4. Take some water in a pan, add salt, french beans and cook.
5. Heat some oil in a pan add carrots, spring onions, salt, ajinomoto, capsicum and french beans.
6. Add soy sauce, black pepper powder, and vinegar.
7. Add the half cooked rice in the prepared mixture.
8. Mix well and let the rice cook.
9. After the rice is ready, prepare a paste of water and cornflour.
10. Make medium sized balls of the prepared fried rice, dip them in the paste thin enough to coat properly and then coat it with dry bread crumbs.
11. Deep fry the prepared balls till golden brown, poke a stick in them and serve.
For blueberry milkshake
12. In a serving glass pour blueberry crush and crushed ice over it.
13. Add blackberry crush and vanilla ice cream over it.
14. Again add blueberry crush and slowly pour Limca or blueberry soda and serve chilled.
