Ingredients :-

  1. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  2. Onion paste – 1 tbsp
  3. Capsicum paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Par boiled peas – 2 tbsp
  5. Crushed cucumber – 1 tbsp
  6. Grated cabbage – 1 tbsp
  7. Finely chopped tomatoes – 2 tbsp
  8. Grated cottage cheese – 1 tbsp
  9. Finely chopped coriander – 1/2 tbsp
  10. Salt and carrom seeds – as preferred
  11. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  12. Dry mango powder – 2 tsp
  13. Chickpea flour – 1 cup
  14. Rice flour – 1 cup
  15. Black lentil (urad) flour – 1/2 cup
  16. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  17. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  18. Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  19. Oil
For accompaniments:-
Tomato ketchup and green chutney

Method :-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add carrom seeds, chilli ginger garlic paste, onion paste and saute well for two minutes.
  2. Add capsicum paste, crushed cucumber, participating boiled peas, salt and mix well.
  3. Saute the mixture for five minutes, add grated cabbage, dry mango powder, chopped tomatoes, and cook.
  4. In a bowl mix all the flours, add onion paste, tomato paste, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, salt, chilli and mix well.
  5. Add chilli ginger paste in the flour mixture, and add enough water to prepare a thick batter.
  6. Prepare crepes or dosas of this batter, stuff the readied stuffing and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
