Presenting Healthy Homemade Frozen Mint Yogurt For Summers!

Ingredients:-

  1. Curd – 100 gm
  2. Castor sugar – 60gm
  3. Fresh cream – 100 gm
  4. Vanilla extract – 2 drop
  5. Chopped cashews – 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
  7. Marie biscuit crumbs – 1 tbsp
  8. Pistachio syrup – 1 tbsp
For garnishing:-
Biscuit crumbs

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar powder and Curd and beat it into a smooth thick mix.
  2. Add fresh cream and vanilla extract into this mixture and beat well for five minutes.
  3. Add cashews, mint leaves, biscuit crumbs and mix well.
  4. Pour this mixture in an airtight container and freeze it for 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Garnish with biscuit crumbs and serve frozen.
