Presenting Healthy Oats And Poha Patties!

Ingredients:-

  1. Oats – 1 cup
  2. Poha – 1 cup
  3. Chopped fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Desiccated coconut – 2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  7. Cornflour – 1/2 cup
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Garam masala- 1 tsp
  10. Oil – to roast
  11. Sugar – 1 tsp
  12. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
For accompaniments:-
Tomato ketchup and green chutney

Method:-

  1. Soak oats in warm water for 15 -20 minutes.
  2. Rinse poha 2 – 3 times and keep it aside for some time.
  3. In a bowl mix oats and poha and mix well.
  4. Add chilli ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, Garam masala, desiccated coconut mix, lemon juice,  and mix well.
  5. Make medium sized patties of the mixture, coat them with cornflour and then saute them on a non stick pan with oil.
  6. For a healthier version of this, you can bake these in the oven till they are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
