Presenting Healthy Pizza With Potato Base!


For base:-
  1. Boiled and grated potatoes – 1/2 cup
  2. All purpose flour – 1 cup
  3. Cold butter – 2 tbsp
  4. Oil – to fry
For topping:-
  1. Butter – 2 tsp
  2. Finely chopped green chillies – 1 tsp
  3. Vertically chopped/shredded spinach – 1 tbsp
  4. Milk cream – 2 tbsp
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
  7. Chilli flakes and Oregano – 1 tsp


  1. For pizza base mix all the ingredients carefully, use water as required and knead a dough. Make circular roti and fry till golden brown. In case you don’t want to fry you can also bake it in the oven for ten minutes.
  2. Heat some butter in a pan and add chillies, spinach and saute. Then add cream and salt in it and mix well.
  3. Spread this mixture on the pizza base, then add grated cheese, chilli flakes, and oregano.
  4. Heat this pizza in a pan till the grated cheese melts.
  5. Serve hot.
