Ingredients:-

Oil – 1 tbsp

Idli batter – 1 cup

Mashed potatoes – 1/2 cup

Dabeli masala – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 2 tsp
-
Chopped onions – 1 tbsp

Chopped coriander – 1 tsp
-
Masala peanuts – 1 tbsp
-
Sugar – 1 tsp
-
Dessicated coconut – 1 tbsp
For serving :-
Nylon sev, green chutney, tomato sauce
Method:-

Prepare medium sized idlis.

Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onion, Dessicated coconut in it and saute well.

Add Dabeli masala, salt and mix well.

Add mashed potatoes in it, mix well and then add chopped coriander in it.

Once the mix is cooked, add masala peanuts and nylon sev.

Take an Idli, spread this prepared mixture on it and then cover it with another idli.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
