Presenting Instant Paneer Poppers: Instant And Easy To Prepare Starter!


  1. Non roasted non fried crushed Papad- 1 1/2 cup
  2. Grated cottage cheese – 1 cup
  3. Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  5. Finely chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped mint – 1 tbsp
  7. All purpose flour – 5 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Oil – to fry


  1. In a bowl mix grated cottage cheese, Chaat masala, red chilli powder, chopped coriander and chopped mint and mix well.
  2. Prepare medium sized balls of this mixture.
  3. Prepare a thick slurry by adding required water in all purpose flour. Add salt in this slurry.
  4. In another plate, put crushed raw Papad.
  5. Take each one of the prepared balls, cover it with the prepared slurry, coat it further with crushed raw Papad and deep fry till it is golden brown in colour.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. S
