Presenting Instant Papad Spring Rolls!

Ingredients:-

  1. Papad – 5 to 6
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Cooked noodles – 1 cup
  5. Chopped vegetables – 1 cup
  6. Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  7. Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Method:-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add all the vegetables in it.
  2. Saute vegetables in it for a while, add cooked noodles, sauces and mix well.
  3. Add salt and mix well. Once done, keep it aside to cool.
  4. Slightly moisten the papad, add the stuffing, seal the ends and roll it.
  5. Deep fry them till golden brown and are crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
