Presenting Oil Free Mint Spinach Pakoras With Apple Honey Dip!

Ingredients:-

  1. Chickpea flour or besan-1 cup
  2. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  3. Coriander and mint paste – 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped spinach – 1/2 cup
  5. Curd – 2 tbsp
  6. Cooking soda – a pinch
  7. Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Carrom seeds – 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  10. Sugar – 1 tsp
  11. Salt – to taste
  12. Oil – to grease
For accompaniments:-
Apple and honey dip:-
  1. Apple juice – 3 tbsp
  2. Honey – 2 tbsp
  3. Creamy Curd – 1/2 cup
  4. Oregano – 2 tsp
  5. Salt and pepper – as preferred

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix Chickpea flour with Chilli ginger garlic paste, and mix well.
  2. Add mint and Coriander paste, salt, lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Add chopped spinach, Curd, Carrom seeds, sesame seeds in it and mix well.
  4. Finally, add cooking soda and mix well.
  5. Grease a plate with oil, pour this prepared mixture in the plate and steam it in the steamer.
  6. Once done, and the plate has cooled, cut medium sized pieces of it.
  7. For the dip, mix all the ingredients and beat it till a thick mixture is formed.
  8. Serve the pakoras with the prepared dip.
