Presenting Summer Special Tropical Mango Dhokla!

Ingredients:-

  1. Mango pulp – 100 gm
  2. Chillies – 1/2 tsp
  3. Eno – 1/2 tsp
  4. Fresh mango slice – 1
  5. Rice flour – 60 gm
  6. Urad dal – 40 gm
  7. Fresh curd – 20 gm
  8. Salt – to taste
For garnishing:-
Maraschino cherries

Method:-

  1. Blend rice flour and Urad dal in a blender to form a paste.
  2. Add curd, chillies and eno in it and mix well.
  3. Keep this mixture aside for 4 to 5 hours till it ferments.
  4. Add mango pulp and pieces of mango in this mixture.
  5. Add salt and steam it in the steamer.
  6. Garnish with Maraschino cherries and serve hot.
