Presenting Summer Tropical Corn Dhokla!

Ingredients:-

1. Corn flour – 2 cups
2. Sweet corn kernels – 2 tbsp
3. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
4. Salt – to taste
5. Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
6. Sour curd – 1 cup
7. Asafoetida – 1 tsp
8. Curry leaves – 4 to 5 leaves
9. Eno fruit salt – 2 tsp
10. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
11. Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
12. Lemon juice – 2 tsp
For garnishing :-
Chopped fresh coriander

Method:-

1. In a bowl, mix corn flour, sour curd, warm water and mix well till a thick batter is formed. Keep it aside for 2 hours.
2. In another bowl, mix corn kernels, chilli ginger garlic paste, asafoetida, oil, salt, Turmeric powder, and mix well.
3. Add the corn mixture to the batter and mix well.
4. Add eno fruit salt and lemon juice in the batter and mix.
5. Grease a pan and pour the batter in it and steam it in the steamer for 5 minutes.
6. Once done, keep it aside to cool.
7. Prepare a temper using oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, and pour it over the corn dhokla.
8. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot.
