Presenting Tangy And Minty Potatoes!

Ingredients:-

  1. Boiled and cut potatoes – 2 cups
  2. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  4. Dry mango powder – 2 tsp
  5. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  7. Mint and chilli paste – 3 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  10. Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:-

  1. Fry the cut potatoes golden brown.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add chilli ginger garlic paste and saute well.
  3. Add red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Add the fried potatoes and add water as required for cooking.
  5. Finally, add mint and chilli paste, lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
