Ingredients:-

Wheat flour- 1 cup

Chickpea flour- 2 cups

Chilli paste- 2 tbsp

Finely chopped fenugreek- 3 tbsp

Salt- to taste

Vegetable oil/ oil/ butter- to saute

Spinach paste- 1/2 cup
-
Turmeric powder- 2 tsp
-
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
-
Garam masala- 1 tsp
-
Oil – 1 tsp
-
Carrom seeds – 1 tsp
-
Finely chopped coriander- 2 tbsp
Method:-

In a bowl mix both the flours thoroughly.

Add chopped fenugreek, coriander and mix well.

Add chilli paste, garam masala, oil, Carrom seeds and mix well.

Add spinach paste and knead a dough.
-
Add water only if necessary.
-
Keep the prepared dough aside for some time.

Make medium sized balls of the dough and roll them into a roti.
-
Saute them on the pan using butter and flip once it is golden brown.
-
Repeat with the other side.

Serve hot.
