Summer Special Raw Mango Paratha!

Ingredients:-

  1. Grated raw mango – 1 cup
  2. Grated cottage cheese and desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
  3. Wheat flour – 1 cup
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Chaat masala – 2 tsp
  6. Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric powder and red chilli powder – 1 tsp each
  8. Oil – 1 tbsp
  9. Castor sugar – 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
For accompaniments:-

Method:-

  1. In a bowl, mix grated raw mango, cottage cheese and desiccated coconut.
  2. Add wheat flour, salt, Chaat masala, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.
  3. Add chilli ginger garlic paste, castor sugar, chopped coriander and knead dough.
  4. Prepare like normal parathas, rolling out medium sized balls of the dough and roast them golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with cool curd.
