Summer Special : Watermelon Cucumber Golgappa!

Ingredients:-

  1. Watermelon juice – 2 cups
  2. Ginger and lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  3. Jaljeera powder – 1 tsp
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Pani puris – as preferred

For stuffing:-

  1. Cucumber chopped or grated – 1 tbsp
  2. Pomegranate seeds – 1 tbsp
  3. Mint leaves – 5 – 6

Method:-

  1. Add all the ingredients in the watermelon juice and mix well. Keep this in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of stuffing together.
  3. While serving, crack the puris from the center, add the stuffing and then add the prepared juice in it and serve.
