Summer Spinach And Peas Wrap Is Here!

Ingredients:-

  1. Boiled spinach paste – 1/2 cup
  2. Chopped onion – 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped tomatoes – 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Mashed peas – 1 cup
  6. Mashed potatoes – 1/2 cup
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Sugar – 1 tsp
  9. Dry mango powder – 1 Tsp
  10. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  11. Non sour curd – 1 tbsp
  12. Oil – 1/2 tbsp
  13. Prepared rotis – 3 – 4
For accompaniments:-
Tomato ketchup and mint chutney.

Method:-

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute well.
  2. Add garlic paste, salt, Garam masala, sugar, dry mango powder and mix well.
  3. Add Mashed peas, Mashed potatoes in it and then mix well.
  4. Finally add curd and mix for 2 minutes on low flame and then turn the heat off.
  5. Spread this stuffing on the prepared rotis, wrap and the saute till golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup of mint chutney.
